ISAD 2022 will be a hybrid meeting.

We are offering in-person and virtual participation – please select the registration type based on your participation.  In-person participants will also receive access to the virtual platform, but virtual participants will not have access to any of the activities in-person.

In-Person registration only available until October 9th, no registrations will be accepted onsite in Montreal.

All fees are in Canadian dollars and subject Quebec taxes of 5% GST and 9.975% QST.

Early registration has been extended to July 31st.

Resident, Fellow, PhD Student, Academic Research and Medical Students must upload verification of good standing from their accredited program/institution.

Cancellations and Refunds Policy

All registration fees will be refunded less a $50.00 + applicable taxes for written refund requests received prior to September 9, 2022. No refunds will apply for cancellations received on or after September 10, 2022. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. Submit cancellation letters to the Conference Secretariat to the email noted above.

There will be no provision or partial refunds on registration fees or refunds for social events not attended.

You will be able to modify your participation type until September 15, 2022.

COVID-19 Protocols

ISAD 2022 and its organizers are dedicated to following the recommendations of the Public Health Agency of Canada and government guidelines to ensure the safety of our attendees and staff. We will endeavour to update and inform attendees of any changes to protocols. Currently, all attendees who attend in person will be required to be fully vaccinated and will be required to wear masks in all public spaces in the conference venue.
